tAkE a CHiLl PiLL mAn ! !

After reading miss harwoods blog (sorry if it a bad pic but its the best one i have of you)i got inspired to wite a post. At the moment i have been really busy with coursework and it's been so hard to concentrate on it. Which is real bad beacuse it had to be finished in less then a week and it's to do with my final grade. But any hoo, i read her blog and it made me realise we not only may want some time to stop, but we need it! Otherwise we'll get so tierd any thing we say or do will be total doggy doo doo! So for my coursework it would not have been a good thing to be tierd even the slightest bit. so i decied to go for a half an hour break.. not long but definitely appreciated.. and so i sat down got a drink and put on a walk to remember and just sat, watched and chilled. Bliss. If your ever in the mood for a good cry you have to wach this film, it's so beautiful and the two main people in it are christians in real life! Cool ay?
For me the best way to chill out is to either shut my bedroom door and put in my Natasha Beddingfield cd on or to watch a walk to remember. But that may not be your cup of tea in the chilling sense - but what ever it is - i promise you, you NEED to do as much as is needed or for that fact more than it's needed. It will do wonders for you.. it did for me.
As you may have guessed from reading my previous post that i have been rather down at the minute, but that night i went and did the thing i promised hat i would do and i made me feel heaps better! But i realise now that if i had done the "chill out thing" i woudn't have needed to promised it in the fisrt place. Although i'm glad i didn't do it as i feel like mine and hats friendship was definitely strengthed by the whole experience. I hope it did but i don't know as i never asked her.
This post seems very hat orientated so far, doesn't it? hey i might as well dedicate it to her. So i will.

She is an amazing woman of God, with a heart to match. She is a truely great friend and is WELL worth knowing! Even though some of you have heard about her and amber, it doesn't make her any less of a friend, it just means they're going through a rough patch at the moment.

awww thanks for that post Nicki:). Yeh, doesn't matter to me if its a bit picture...I don't think ive actually seen a 'good' or 'perfect' picture of me and ive embarrased myself enough now, so i don't mind about the picture.

Nicki, your such an amazing person, and i know ive never told you this before, but youve been an inspiration to me as well, just watching you at church sometimes and stuff with your friends.

I know whats it like with friends, trust me, but every single one of them is so precious we can't give up on them. We need to show God's love for them...even if its them blocking us out for a while, we still need to be there for them.

You truely are an amazing gal Nic, don't dwell on waiting for the right guy, dwell on God and his timing, because its all so perfect.

Hey Queen,
It doesn't sound to me like you are overweight. But I understand your plight because I am a size twelve. What I have been doing and it seeming to work is YOGA.. I swear it is the miracle cure all. Also restrict your portion sizes and eat balanced meals. Drink lots a water and stay away from carbonated drinks. You'd lose 8 lbs in a month with that alone. Anyhow, I hope this helped and thanks for stopping by. If you need any suggestions on dressing for your body type let me know
